The WE 814B Chimera is a full size tactical folder that is built to endure heavy duty cutting tasks. The most distinct feature of the knife is its excellent ergonomics. The large handles fit very well in the hand and are extremely comfortable. The titanium handles feature an interesting and futuristic milling. The large backspacer provides rigidity to the handle and has an integrated lanyard hole.
The blade is made of the tried & trusted S35VN that is known for decent edge retention and ease of sharpening. The action is sharp and crisp, as usual with WE Knife. Despite the large blade size, it flips extremely fast and closes smoothly too. The blade and handles feature a uniform dark grey stonewashed finish and the hardware are matched with a similar finish as well.
