Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world, however there are some countries that we don't ship to. At the checkout page, select your country from the list to see if your country is listed or not.
Do you have express shipping option?
Yes, our default shipping method for all domestic parcels is express shipping via Australia Post. For small items such as beads, KeyBar inserts, etc we use regular shipping with padded envelope by default. You have the option to use express shipping for those if you wish.
I purchased something today. When will you post it?
We post everything on the same business day, if purchased by 12:00pm, or next business day if purchased after 12:00pm.
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Do you ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes?
Yes we do
What is your delivery time frame? When can I expect my items?
For 80% of addresses in Australia, delivery is next business day.
For all other suburbs, it is 1-3 business days.
For rural areas, it will be the first available delivery date.

What is your payment method?
We accept PayPal and bank cards/ credit cards.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay with a card?
Yes you can.
Our main payment processor is PayPal but you don't need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. At the checkout, simply click on "Pay With a Card" and enter your card details.
Do you accept cash or direct bank transfer?
No, we cannot accept cash or direct transfers.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns for valid and legitimate reasons within a reasonable time from the delivery date.

Do you have pick up service?
No, unfortunately we don't have pick up services.
Do you sell/ can you import automatic & OTF knives?
No, we're not planning to go to jail anytime soon :)
We only sell what's legal to import & sell in Australia.
I need to ask more questions about a product, can I call you?
Emails allow us to answer your question more accurately and efficiently. We're not always available on the phone and of course don't know the answer to every question. emails give us the opprtunity to find out as much as we can and send you the best possible response.
If you still need to talk to us on the phone, drop us your phone number in contact form and we will call you as soon as we can.
Why is it important to add a phone number at checkout?
We get orders with incorrect details and addresses mistyped on a daily basis! Without a verified address we simply can't ship your items. With a phone number attached to your order, we can confirm (if need be) and process the order without needing to cancel or delay it significantly.
There are aother times when things go wrong with payments or very rarely items unavailable. We can address those issues quickly over the phone and avoid long delays.
I need to use warranty service for a product, do you handle warranty?
Warranty is handled by the manufacturers. Retailers are neither authorised, nor have the capacity to handle the warranty on behalf of the manufacturer. You'll need to contact the manufacturer's warrany department directly. We will do our best to assist you with the process and put you through the right channel.
However, we do handle warranty for several brands that we're authorised for, ONLY if you have purchased from us. The brands include: Custom Knife Factory, KeyBar, Venom Knives, Reate Knives and Microtech. This list may change without notice.
Your website shows a product is in stock. Is it definitely available?
We keep track of our inventory closely. If the website show "In stock" status, they item is indeed in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
If an item shows "Out of stock" it means it's currently sold out, but we can restock it quickly if you need. Send us an email and we'll give you an ETA.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order before we post it. If your parcel is already shipped out, we can't cancel your order.
You'll have to wait until your parcel is delivered and then return it to us.
In some cases, you may be able to ask the postie to return the parcel to sender, unopened. You MUST contact us to authorise and inform us before doing so.
Do I need to register my knife for warranty?
No, We already have all the information in our database
What details does Lion Knives keep in the database?
We record all serial numbers, any variations or inclusion, date of sale, original owner details and in some case (if we are informed) the second, third, etc, etc, owners.
Am I covered for warranty if I buy a CKF knife in Australia in the secondary markets?
If the knife was originally imported and sold by Lion Knives and is within warranty period, you will be covered. All imported knives are recorded in our database. Check the serial number with us to confirm.
I saw a CKF knife offered by another knife store in Australia, are they covered by CKF warranty?
No; Those products are "Grey Imports" that are exported to Australia by Blue Ridge Knife (a knife distributor in the US) or other third party sellers against their agreements & policies with CKF. They were not meant to be sold in Australia and therefore are not covered by warranty by neither CKF or Lion Knives.
What if I have a CKF knife that is not imported/ sold by Lion Knives and need access to parts for it?
We may still be able to help to the best of our ability; however, you will be responsible for the fees.
