Venom Armour Tactical Knife M390 Steel Titanium Carbon Fiber Exceptional Design

At first glance, the Venom Armour model looks aggressive, intimidating and somewhat different. But a closer inspection reveals the true genius design and attention to details throughout the knife. Let’s have a look;
 
The Handle is the show piece with stunning 3D millings throughout the titanium frame. The carbon fiber inlay that splits the handle in two is set so flush that barely any transition between materials is felt. The level of precision and fit & finish on the Venom Armour is beyond and above its price point. The closed construction of the knife (no backspacer) adds extra rigidity to the handle and also looks cleaner on the front due to lack of hardware. In fact the whole knife is assembled using only 1 pivot screw and 1 body screw which also holds the pocket clip and lanyard extension in place!
 
The Venom Armour is a flipper knife like no other. It is a hidden flipper! The flipper tab isn’t an integral part of the blade, instead it is a flipping mechanism made of titanium that is built into the handle. The flipper is visible when the blade is closed and can be used to deploy the blade like any other flipper. Once the blade is open, the flipper drops inside the handle and hides away.
 
The blade is very wide and has a large belly, making it a tremendous slicer. It is made of M390 of course, a steel known for its exceptional edge retention and performance. The low blade to handle ratio transfer more force to the blade when in use. The reverse tanto tip adds extra strength at the tip for piercing tasks. A large front finger choil on the blade allows you to choke up on the blade for finer cutting tasks.
Aesthetically, the blade is a work of art too. The carbon fiber blade inlay is magnificent and it’s done to perfection, something that many brands have tried and failed. The inlay is so seamlessly set in that it feels like an integral part of the blade. Even the titanium thumb stud/blade stops are fully milled with a beautiful wave pattern.
 
Another interesting feature of the Venom Armour is the moving lanyard extension. It’s a titanium piece that can pivot in its position for about 90 degrees. This neat feature adds flexibility to your lanyards which otherwise could get in the way. The titanium pocket clip sports a green tritium insert. The venom Armour is equipped with custom hardware screws and pivot and a special pivot tool is also included with the knife.
