Ontario Knife OKC 2Quared Folding Flipper Knife Titanium Handle D2 Blade
Designed by custom knifemaker Robert Carter, the son of longtime Ontario Knife Company designer Joe Pardue (and grandson of Mel Pardue). The 2quared is one of the meanest (in a good way) designs you could find in the market.
The Ontario knife 2quared features an interesting handle design with great ergonomics. The handle allows you to get a full grip for normal cutting tasks, but it also makes it possible to move back and hold the slimmer part of the handle to increase chopping power. The handle is made of titanium for maximum strength and weight reduction. A solid framelock mechanism also ensures a reliable lock up.
The blade is just as interesting as the handle. A large and wide sheepsfoot blade made of D2 tool steel offers a very strong tip and plenty of belly to cut and slice with ease. The flipping action is effortlessly smooth thanks to the great ergonomics and of course the heft of the blade.
The Ontario Knife 2quared is the result of Robert Carter's out of the box thinking. The design is unique and different to anything else. And with a very reasonable price tag and high quality materials, we think the Ontario Knife 2quared knife deserves a place in any knife collection.
