The slender, stout, ergonomic handle of the Assassin is something you'd find on a custom handmade knife. It features lightly textured carbon fiber scales over full titanium liners with integral bolsters, commonly referred to as "bolster lock". This means that the titanium frames are milled down to accommodate the carbon fiber with absolutely seamless construction. This is not easy nor cost-effective to do but the result is spectacular. 
The M390 steel is simply the best knife steel available in today's market. M390 can take a super fine edge and hold that edge longer than any other steel. Its unparalleled wear resistance combined with great corrosion resistance make M390 the ultimate knife steel, period.
The action is buttery smooth thanks to Maxace's patented multi-row bearing pivot system. It has a replaceable lockbar insert that doubles as an overtravel arrestor, custom pivot, and milled titanium backspacer/pocket clip.
